It was shown that poor nutrition and lack of
physical activity lead to lower academic achievement. Study after study proves
what educators have long believed to be true: when children’s basic nutritional
and fitness needs are met, they have the cognitive energy to learn and achieve.
Schools continue to be a core place for students to learn and practice healthy
eating habits, and can also be a primary place to gain the knowledge,
motivation, and skills children need for lifelong physical activity.

with a healthy mind the brain functions normally, and if the nutrition of the individual is poor, then this is reflected on her or his behaviors and actions in public and in private. It's important for teachers to excuse those who have poor nutrition starting from this point of view, because the physical needs of the students must be met before the psychological ones, this is why teachers must communicate with parents to promote awareness on such major issue
